Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Alternatively, if we have guaranteed the quality of all our products for more than 30 days, any faults found within 30 days can qualify for a refund.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to: 1 Grange Road, Cheltenham, VIC 3192, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the product is faulty. For a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there is a defect in the product.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
