Evolving in the glass as it opens and reveals liquorice, raspberry, rose, warm spice and very subtle honey. Many of the characters on the nose are also present on the palate with a great emphasis on spice and then fruit. Tannins play alongside the spice forming some of the structure within in the fruit profile.
