Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags still attached. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should post your product to 1 Grange Road Cheltenham, Vic 3192, Australia. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If returning an item over $75, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
